UK Driver Familiarisation Course
How to stay on the left side of the road and the right side of the law
This course includes license and eye-sight checks, and covers the driver's legal obligations regarding insurances and vehicle road-worthiness. During the training the driver experiences a variety of road-types, e.g. motorways, dual-carriageways, cross-country routes, and environments e.g. towns and villages.
You don't need to be taught how to drive again, you don't want to be patronised in the process, we at A Pass Ahead Driving School will give you a comprehensive three-hour or five-hour, individually tailored driving package which includes:
- Theory (all in-car) of driving in the UK.
- Urban driving including roundabouts, traffic lights, one-way systems pedestrian crossings and priorities etc.
- Rural driving to incorporate Motorways, dual-carriage ways and single carriage ways.
We will not teach you to:
- Reverse round left corners
- Practice Emergency Stop
- Do turn in the road
- Do a bay park
