Motorway Lessons - A Pass Ahead Driving School
Whether you have recently passed your driving test, have not driven for some time or are just plain nervous of motorways, taking one or more motorway lessons can be very beneficial.
There are numerous differences between motorways and other roads and you will gain knowledge and experience of the different rules, regulations and signage that applies. You will cover the following topics:
Planning journeys in advance
Joining and leaving a motorway, using slip roads
Safe speeds in different circumstances 
Effective observation
Signs, signals and markings
Overtaking and lane discipline
Courtesy to other road users
Motorway fatigue
Breakdown procedures
Use of lights, including hazard warning lights
Debris on the carriageway
Crosswinds
How much do motorway lessons cost?
Motorway lessons are a minimum of two hours and are charged at £25 per hour.
